Actually playing with Brilliance reinkers to be exact. I wish the scan could pick up the shimmer quality of the Brilliance reinkers as they are so pretty. To make this card start with glossy card stock and add strips of Post-It tape, press firmly. Then sponge various color of Brilliance reinkers. I used Crimson, Pearlescent Purple, Ice Blue and Sky Blue. When inks are dry, which doesn't take long, peel off tape. Then stamp floral background with sky blue ink. Attach to a card and tie with a ribbon. by Vicki
